What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your initial appointment takes about 30-45 minutes. You’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk staff and asked to complete some paperwork—just an intake form, privacy statement, pain index, and any insurance-related forms.
Next, you’ll meet with one of our doctors in the exam room for a thorough evaluation. Depending on your condition, we may provide ultrasound or EMS therapy to help with pain relief. Your doctor will then discuss their findings, perform a chiropractic adjustment if appropriate, and give you personalized home care instructions to support your healing.
Before you leave, our front desk will schedule any necessary follow-up appointments. Most patients find significant relief after just one visit, and we prioritize getting you back to feeling your best as quickly as possible.
What to Bring
Please bring comfortable clothing to wear, your insurance card, any applicable co-pays, and a valid ID. That’s it—we’ll take care of the rest as you begin your path toward natural wellness and healing!
Insurance and Payment
We accept all insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Our office manager will discuss financial matters with you in a professional and comfortable manner, and we’ll inform you of estimated costs before any adjustments for insurance purposes.
Your Second Visit and Beyond
Follow-up visits typically last about 15 minutes and focus on continued therapy and adjustments to keep your recovery on track. We value your time and work efficiently to deliver the care you need without unnecessary delays.
