Dr. Steve Biermaier, DC
As the founder of Biermaier Chiropractic Clinic, Dr. Steve has been caring for Crookston families since 1987. With nearly 40 years of experience, his calm demeanor and professional approach put patients at ease from the moment they meet him.
A lifelong Crookston resident, Dr. Steve graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1986. He and his wife Jana raised four sons here, and he remains active in the community and his church. What he loves most about his work is providing efficient, high-quality care that delivers real, measurable results for his patients.
Dr. Lukas Biermaier, DC, CCSP
Dr. Lukas is both the owner of Biermaier Chiropractic Clinic and Dr. Steve’s son, continuing the family tradition of exceptional chiropractic care. A Crookston native and former multi-sport athlete, he graduated as valedictorian from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2014 and earned his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician credential in 2015.
With specialized training in sports, family, pediatric, and pregnancy care, Dr. Lukas serves as the athletic trainer and team doctor for Crookston High School. He values being a trusted source of healthcare support for the community—especially for young families when injuries happen. His friendly nature and clear guidance help patients feel confident about their path to recovery. Dr. Lukas and his wife Heidi are raising six children in Crookston.
Rachael Caroselli, BS, CES
Originally from Scotland, Rachael brings a unique perspective and professional expertise to our rehabilitation services. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Graceland University in 2023 and became a NASM Certified Exercise Specialist in 2024.
Rachael specializes in helping patients restore movement, strength, and confidence through personalized exercise plans and hands-on rehabilitation. She loves seeing patients regain their independence and quality of life.
